I am from the USA and there are different definitions for shoulder dystocia:
1.Difficulty delivering shoulder
2. If you need additional maneuvers to deliver shoulder (e.g.McRoberts, suprapubic..)
3.If head to shoulder takes over 60 seconds to deliver.
Which definition do you use in your country and please name that country.
Thank you

I am from Madrid (Spain). In my hospital we consider shoulder dystocia if you need additional maneuver to deliver shoulder.
